HABITAT FOR HUMANITY COSTA RICA RECEIVES “GOLD BRICK”

Habitat for  Humanity of Costa Rica had the great honor of being awarded with a prize by its alignment with the strategic plan of HPHI and in recognition to the best practices developed by a National Office. The prize received by the President of Board of directors, the National Director and the Financial Manager of HPHI denominates “Gold Brick” and comes accompanied by U$10,000. The managements of HPH-CR to obtain additional resources by means of a line of credit, and the success when taking shape the negotiations with OIKOCREDIT, that makes a line of credit by $500.000 available U.S. have been worth him to Habitat for Humanity-Coast Rica the obtaining of this prize at Latin American level and the Caribbean. The managements made by HPH-CR are framed in goal 2 of the strategic plan of HPHI, that it stipulates that for the year 2011 HPHI will have mobilized capital new towards the global market of economically accessible house.

The granting of the prize “Gold Brick” represents a great moment for HPH-CR and an incentive to follow ahead with new determination and dedication in the service of less the most favored. To receive the prize is reason for much joy and celebration for all the civil employees and the Board of directors of our organization.
